AT TIME OF PURCHASE/CHECKOUT YOU ARE AGREEING TO OUR TERMS OF SERVICE AND ALL POLICIES STATED ON OUR SITE.
Small Tears, Scuffs and separations at the seams of factory sealed product shrink wrap is completely normal and will not be grounds for compensation. All our products are sourced from official Canadian Distributors.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP/ BE DELIVERED?
Most orders are being processed and shipped in 0 to 2 business days after your order is made. We are always doing our best to make sure your order is sent as quickly as possible!
IN-STORE PICKUP
We currently do not offer in-store pickup as our store is online only.
STOLEN OR LOST PACKAGES
We hold no responsibility if your package is stolen or Lost. For protection we recommend using the Signature Express shipping option.
SHIPPING RATES FOR ADDRESSES WITHIN CANADA
ORDERS CONTAINING ONLY TRADING CARD GAME SINGLES
These orders are eligible for the following flat rates:
- Letter Mail Shipping (No Tracking, up to 10 singles) at $2.49
- Bubble Mail Shipping (No Tracking, up to 50 singles) at $3.49
These orders are sent via Regular Letter Mail (Envelope) without tracking or insurance. Some orders will be sent out via Expedited Parcel depending on size and value.
SALES TAX
All orders are taxed according to your Province, Territory or State.
DAMAGED ITEMS
In the unfortunate event that you receive any damaged items in your parcel, please contact us at info@yuubies.com with your order number and a description of the problem and staff will get back to you within 3 business days . Please also provide a photo of the problem if possible.
If the parcel you receive is damaged please document that as well so that we can be reimbursed by the carrier. We will gladly exchange, return or discount any damaged items.
PRE-ORDERS
Orders containing Pre-Order items will be held until ALL products in the order have been released. Extra shipping is available for purchase.
PRE-ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of Pre-Orders for Trading Card Game Sealed Product and Sports Card Products is not possible. All Pre-Orders that have gone through chdckout and confirmed are non-refundable.
PRE-ORDER FOR ANIME FIGURES AND GOODS
All Pre-Orders that have gone through checkout and confirmed are non-refundable. Cancellations are not permitted.
Pre-Orders meaning that you are placing an order for a reservation of the item that has not been released yet.
All Pre-Orders product page will include when the Pre-Order will be closed, anything after the closed date will not be fulfilled unless stated "Pre-Order Limited amount".
All Pre-Orders product page will include when the Pre-Order will be released. This typically means that during around that time period we will receive the product and fulfill it as soon as we can. Keep in mind that is the date provided to us from the manufacturer and distributors, there is possibility of delays to keep that in mind.
Under the event and a very rare case that the manufacturer, distributor or we cannot fulfill your order you will be immediately be contacted and be issued a full refunded.
We strongly DO NOT recommend to add Pre-Order products with In-Stock Products. If doing so we have the right to split the orders and customers will be invoiced a separate shipping fee.
SELLER PROTECTION & FRAUD DETECTION
Orders may be subject to a name, address, and phone verification with the issuing bank of the credit card. If there are any discrepancies or errors that arise from this process we will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue. Credit or Debit cards issued outside the USA or Canada are not accepted as we cannot perform this step if necessary.
At our discretion we may include a Card For Pickup or Signature option for higher valued orders. This acts as insurance/seller protection and also prevents the theft of orders left on doorsteps.
